It is your responsibility to keep your phone secure and avoid actions that compromise the app, such as jailbreaking or rooting your device. Doing so may expose your phone to security risks and impact the functionality of the app.

  • Data Charges: If you access the app without Wi-Fi, your mobile network provider may charge you for data usage, including roaming charges if applicable. By using the app, you accept responsibility for these charges.

  • Discontinuation: Bayatech LLC reserves the right to discontinue the app at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:

    • All rights and licenses granted to you will end.
